Terms and Conditions:

    By placing an order with Morgan Bridal Designs you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need further advice or assistance.

    Ordering

    To discuss your requirements, please call on 01702 552854/07979 904556 or alternatively please email the order, along with your name, address and wedding date to info@morganbridaldesigns.co.uk

    Internet Orders

    Orders placed over the internet for any of the designs illustrated on this website are subject to payment in full through Paypal or by cheque. Payment details will be contained in an invoice which will be e-mailed to you.

    Morgan Bridal Designs offer a postal service to any UK location. Prices include 1st Class Recorded Delivery Postage. Any other form of postage or delivery you request will be subject to an additional charge.

    Orders will be dispatched within 6 weeks of the date the order was placed.

    Product Quality

    Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used is the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown.

    As each item is handcrafted there may be very slight variations to the original image.

    Morgan Bridal Designs does not take any responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The tarnishing of metal parts occurs due to naturally found gases in the air. However, your order will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and boxed and if stored in this way at all times, the possible effects of tarnishing should be minimised.

    Bespoke Service

    At Morgan Bridal Designs we offer a second to none custom made service whether you are going to purchase or hire. All our products are made using the highest quality materials, including Swarovski Crystal, fresh water pearls, semi-precious stones and many more and can be set on gold or silver wire.

    We offer a free initial consultation.

    The bespoke service consultations can be conducted via email, telephone and home visit although the latter will be subject to location.

    We can assist in deciding what to choose with our expert advice.

    We can provide assistance regarding the type of products that would best suit you.

    We have a variety of colours to choose from that can be incorporated into your design. 

    All of our products are individually priced as they can be as simple or elaborate as required.

    We can tailor something to suit you and your budget.

    We are very confident we can create your dream design.

    50% of total cost of order to be paid before the order can be started.
    The balance of the order must be paid prior to dispatch. You will be contacted when your order is completed and this will usually be within 6 weeks of the final design being agreed and the order being placed. The balance payment will be requested at this time. Subject to the full and final balance being received your order will be dispatched to you.

    Hire Service

    Morgan Bridal Designs offer the unique opportunity for you to hire a tiara design of your choice. This can either be the hire of one of our existing designs or you can take advantage of our custom made hiring service where you will be able to have some input into a design made especially for your first time hire. The terms and conditions of this service are as follows:

    Standard Hire - the hire of any individual existing tiara or crown

    • Prices to hire are indicated alongside our designs.
    • A holding deposit of £50 will be payable on all our tiaras and crowns at the time of placing your order.  This is fully refundable providing our products are returned in the same condition and packaging in which they are received, within 21 days from the wedding day.
    • Hired tiaras are dispatched no earlier than 6 weeks prior to your wedding date and must be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
    • A Tiara for hire will not be dispatched until all monies have been received and cleared.
    • Please contact us for available hire dates and confirm these agreed dates when you checkout your shopping cart.

     

    Custom Made Hire - the ability to have input into an exclusive design for hire for your big day.

    • Price to hire will depend on the content of final design and will be agreed in advance.
    • A holding deposit of £50 will be payable on all our tiaras and crowns at the time of placing your order.  This is fully refundable providing our products are returned in the same condition and packaging in which they are received, within 21 days from the wedding day.
    • Hired tiaras will be dispatched no earlier than 6 weeks prior to your wedding date and must be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
    • A Tiara for hire will not be dispatched until all monies have been received and cleared.
    • Please inform us of dates agreed for hire when you checkout your shopping cart.

     

    Cancelling an Order


    Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation and payment. Cancellations after the 7 days have expired will be subject to a 25% charge to cover the cost of materials ordered/used and work time spent. This will be deducted from payments that have been made.

    Returns

    In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase(s) we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt. Returns should be sent in original packaging, they should be posted 1st class recorded delivery and postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a refund for the total cost of the goods ordered minus a 25% re-stocking fee. The goods must be returned in their original perfect condition, unworn and packed securely. You must also include your original receipt. Goods will be deemed as your property on the 8th day, any goods returned to us after this time will be returned to you.

    No refund will be given under any circumstances if goods are returned after wedding date.

    Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

    Safety

    Many of the materials used in the making of the products shown on this site contain very small parts. For Health and Safety reasons children must be supervised and not left alone with any items. Morgan Bridal Designs will not be held responsible for any injury caused.

    Privacy

    Morgan Bridal Designs takes your privacy very seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be made available to any third party. The information we have on file will be used for the purpose of processing your order or enquiry and to provide the best possible service only.
